For most of last week, social media was buzzing with news that musician, Wanlov had been refused entry into the Kempinski Accra City Hotel for not wearing any footwear.  Wanlov, known for his unique  fashion sense, was to be honoured at a charity dinner by Little Angels Trust at the hotel.
Wanlov has been a big supporter of the  Little Angels Trust. He has been walking with the charity to raise awareness and funding for particularly children living with cancer, for the past three years. The group usually meets at Holy Gardens every December and walk from there to Korle Bu Children’s Ward to make donations including food, clothing and medicines  from several donors to the children.
