Dede, Jordan Ayew will stay in England - Abedi Pele

Ghana football legend Abedi Ayew Pele has ruled out a move for his sons Andre and Jordan Ayew away from the English Premier League.

Though Andre is sought after by clubs in Spain and Italy, the Swansea City winger has been linked with a transfer to Liverpool while Jordan is being chased by Crystal Palace and Newcastle United ahead of a possible move in the summer.

“Today, I think football is in England. The best league is in England. I think times have changed from when I was in Italy at Torino. Today it has shifted to the other side,” Abedi told Starr Sports.

“My boys have their young time dreams and the teams they support in England and we hope they one day get those teams but what is most important is to put their foot in England and they have done and are doing well,” he added.
