Court remands Cantonments robbers

The suspects being taken out of the court premises
Three out of the five suspects in the robbery attempt on a Koala employee at Cantonments have been remanded into Police custody.

The two others could not appear in court because they are still nursing their wounds sustained during the operation which saw a taxi ram into their motorbike Saturday. The suspects will reappear in court on January 27.

The taxi driver who stopped them in their track has now become a national hero. Meanwhile, the Management of Koala has redeemed its promise of buying him a new car while he is also expected to receive a house from President John Mahama.
