Gents! 7 Reasons You Don’t Have A Girlfriend

Gents! 7 Reasons You Don’t Have A Girlfriend

bad boyWomen Love Bad Boys Not Devilish ones

If your thoughts of being a bad boy is filled with the criminals you watch on TV, change them now. Women want men that are edgy, think and live outside the box. These traits are aptly captured by “bad boys” and what makes you remain without a girlfriend is the fact that you think that all women think and act the same way.

Women are individually unique with a wide range of personalities; and every single one of them wants something different from the other. You have to understand that no man can appeal to every woman but there is one person for every single person. You have to be willing to try – fail – repeat until you get a girlfriend and this journey is usually an interesting one.

You Don’t Know What Women Want

whatwomenwant

Clueless! That’s what you are. Take away lesbians and asexuals, normal women want a cool and caring guy who is not necessarily rich or famous. All they want is a GUY. Women are more concerned about how you make them feel as opposed to what you actually are. The thing to do is to understand that you are good enough, then you will be able to see women in a different and simplistic light.

A lot of girls might say they want to date a tall, handsome, famous man but in truth, they don’t really mean it even though there are some high class girls who have rules about the kind of men they hangout with. But these kind of women are rare and far between. You should concern yourself with the more simple ones that abound.

You Treat Every Girl You Meet Like Miss World

queen

You don’t have to treat every girl you meet like she’s the only one on earth. The world is filled with lovely people and you can always find an amazing person from the lot. One of the reasons you don’t have a woman to call your own is that you treat the ones you come across like angelic beings that can do no wrong.

Women are like men, they have their insecurities and anxiety about things too. As much as they need the support of men, never fail to realise that you also need their support too to grow. Be and act the best way you can but also know that we all have our failings men and women inclusive and that’s what makes us humans!

Your Expectations Are High

This might sound a little harsh but it’s usually best to date someone within your class. This doesn’t mean you should lower your expectations but it is lovely to get in touch with reality in your desires and this is likely to help in more ways than one. An ugly guy will likely date an ugly girl simply because that is what he brings to the table
.

As a man, it is important you know that asides your mother, no one
is likely to love you without conditions. Expecting unconditional love in relationships is usually what messes things up.
You’re likely to gain dividends from what you bring to the table. A classic example is that of a very beautiful girl and a rich man.

Such union is based on the man bringing money and financial freedom and the woman bringing beauty and perhaps something great in the bedroom. Hope you understand how what you bring to the table can help you get the a girlfriend? When you’re done asking yourself what you bring to the table and your self esteem is probably shattered, you can bring yourself to work harder to provide more than enough to get the ladies swarming around you.

Money, Fame And Looks Don’t Do It All

These three things do matter but they don’t do it all. There are lots of other variables that can help to determine if the woman you want gets attracted to you or not. A woman getting attracted to you well enough to want to be your girlfriend is a mixture of several variables including, confidence, humour, fame and of course money.

Getting the right mix of these variables is entirely up to you and you can improve each individual one including your looks and appearance. However, a lot of men without girlfriends will rather not because of laziness.

Can You Date Yourself?

If you can’t give an affirmative answer to this question, how do you expect to get a girlfriend? You probably lack ambition and your life is one ruled by fear and you expect to get a girlfriend. Dude, you need to re-evaluate. Your social skills are next to none and the only friends you have are your family and the internet and you’re lacking in cleanliness but you expect to have a girlfriend and go on complaining about how women don’t show interest in you, like seriously?

You need to pick yourself up and change your ways. Drop the self entitlement toga of expecting you’d get a girlfriend because you’re a nice guy and criticise girls for dating bad guys. It’s quite sane for a woman to choose to want to be with a man that’s confident and takes his personal hygiene seriously than a nice guy that smells like the septic tank. She at least knows the former can take care of her when the need arises.
She wants a man that can stand up for himself, protect her from danger and confident enough to walk up to her to state his intentions.

It could also be that where you obtain knowledge from is whack. Sitting around with fellows talking about how women are devils won’t do much to help you get a girlfriend. Listening to someone who’s not a master of the things he preaches will only have you wallowing in negative energy. Learn to experiment the things you’ve learnt and get someone who’s been there and done it with girls to mentor you.

We’ve not registered any party in 2016 – EC

We’ve not registered any party in 2016 – EC

EC boss Charlotte Osei
The Electoral Commission of Ghana has rubbished reports making rounds that it has registered a new political party ahead of the 2016 elections.

Reports have been rife that the electoral management body will be issuing a provisional license to the All People’s Congress (APC) belonging to Hassan Ayariga.

Ayariga defected from the People’s National Convention (PNC) over a month ago when he lost in his bid to lead the party in the 2016 elections.

The EC “wishes to inform the general public that, contrary to reports in the media, the Commission has not registered any political parties this year.”

“The Commission further wishes to clarify that persons who apply for registration of political parties have several requirements which must be met under the Political Parties Act 2000 (Act 574),” the EC said in a statement.

“Until these requirements have been met and a party has been issued with a final registration certificate, the party seeking registration cannot conduct its activities as a political party.

“The Commission is accordingly advising and reminding applicants that it is against the provisions of Act 574 to canvass for votes until the party has been issued with a final registration certificate.

“We trust that political actors and the general public will be guided accordingly,” the statement signed by the director of public affairs Christian Owusu-Parry stressed.

The Political Parties Act 2000 reads in part:

Method of registration of a political party.
8. (1) An application to register a political party shall be made to the Commission and shall be accompanied with

(a) a copy of the constitution and the rules or regulations, if any, of the political party duly signed by the interim national chairman or leader and by the interim national or general secretary of the party;
(b) the written names and addresses of its national officers;
(c) a full description of the identifying symbols, slogans, and colours, if any, of the political party;
(d) the registration fee specified in subsection (1) of section 4; and
(e) such other particulars as the Commission may reasonably require.
(2) The Commission shall, not later than seven days after the receipt of the application, issue to the political party a provisional certificate of registration and shall cause a notice of the application to be published in the Gazette after receipt, inviting objections from any person, concerning the name, aim, objects, constitution, rules, symbols, slogans and colours of the party.

Shady importers can’t outsmart us anymore – CEPS

Shady importers can’t outsmart us anymore – CEPS

The Customs division of the Ghana Revenue Authority is confident the newly introduced Single Window system will fix the challenges with its item valuation process.

The division says there is a rigorous process in place to ascertain the right value of items imported into the country.

The National Vice President of the Association of Ghana Industry, Kwasi Ayim Darkey has revealed the cost of Freight on Board vessels has seen astronomical increase following the introduction of the single window system.

Some importers have, however, complained about the many days they have to wait when they petition CEPS over their valuation appeal.

But the Chief Revenue Officer at CEPS Seidu Yakubu told Starr Business many of the importers who complain about the time duration want to outsmart the new system.

“Most of the people who are complaining are not compliant. That means they have found a way of getting into us and we have also found another way...majority of their appeals have not been seen to be justifiable".

He added that the aggrieved importers often submit questionable valuation of their goods prompting them to do further checks.

The Single window system was introduced by government for trade facilitation at the port. It is meant to drastically reduce the over 18 steps that importers have to go through to clear goods imported into the country.

High-rise buildings ban appeal misconstrued – Fire Service

High-rise buildings ban appeal misconstrued – Fire Service

Chief Fire Officer Dr. Albert Brown-Gaisie
Spokesperson for the Ghana National Fire Service Prince Billy Anaglatey has said calls by the Chief Fire Officer Dr. Albert Brown-Gaisie for a legislation to ban the construction of high-rise buildings in the country has been misconstrued.

The Chief Fire Officer Tuesday told parliament to consider promulgating laws to ban buildings that transcended six floors since the service does not have the equipment to fight fires beyond that level. He said while firefighters in other countries have tools to fight fires at 45th floors of buildings, the highest the GNFS can go is the 6th floor.

The call has, however, triggered intense public debate with some Ghanaians describing it as backward and retrogressive.

But speaking to Nii Arday Clegg on the Morning Starr Wednesday, Mr. Anaglatey said his boss has been misrepresented by the Media.

“ I honestly think the reportage has been done out of context. What the Chief Officer said was that some of those buildings fail to ensure that certain facilities are fixed in the design to make firefighting easier. They continue to flout firefighting measures and that is what the fire officer was talking about,” he stated.

GNFS wants Parliament to ban high-rise buildings

GNFS wants Parliament to ban high-rise buildings

The Ghana National Fire Service has appealed to Parliament to enact a legislation that would empower it to prevent the construction of high rise buildings in the country.

The Chief Fire Officer, Dr. Albert Brown-Gaisie who made the appeal said the legislative support had become imperative because of the emerging trend of constructing high-rise buildings which pose many challenges in fighting fire outbreaks in them.

“With the upsurge and increase in high-rise buildings, the last time that we took delivery of equipment, they were only three in this country and that can reach a maximum of six floors…In some countries, they are using what we call hydraulic platforms.

“The latest hydraulic platform can reach 45 floors within a period of ten minutes. Unfortunately, we don’t even have one hydraulic platform in this country”.

Dr. Gaisie made the appeal when he appeared before the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) to respond to issues raised in the Audit Report on GNFS’ performance.

CPC not profitable, shutdown not surprising - Analyst

CPC not profitable, shutdown not surprising - Analyst

Image result for pictures of cocoa fruit“The Cocoa Processing Company (CPC) has not been profitable for some time now” and the shutdown of two of its plants is not surprising, according to Alex Boahene, Senior Analyst at Databank.
CPC announced Monday that it has in the interim shut down two of its two cocoa processing plants due to operational challenges.

Staff members have since been directed by the management of the company to stay at home as part of their annual leave with effect from January 25, 2016 while the factory remains shut.

This is not the first time the company has been shut down. In the 2011/2012 operational year, the company shut down for a while due to interruptions in water and electricity supply which continued to pose huge challenges to its operations.

Speaking on the Starr Business brief Wednesday, Mr. Boahene said things do not look good for the company which is listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange.

According to him, there have been efforts in the past to resuscitate the company but all proved futile.

Mr. Boahene stated that investors are likely to lose part or all their investments in the company if immediate measures are not put in place to prevent the crippling company from collapsing.

The Cocoa Processing Company is a Ghanaian cocoa processing company formed in 1981. They are listed on the stock index of the Ghana Stock Exchange.

Its chocolate varieties include Tetteh Quarshie Bar, Kingsbite, Oranco bar, Akuafo Bar, Portem Pride, Portem Nut, Coffeechoc, Choco-Bake, Choco Delight (chocolate spread), Groundnut Coated with Chocolate (Pebbles (Chocolate dragees)) and Royal Natural Cocoa Powder.
