PRESENT YOURSELF TO JESUS, THE ONE TRUTH - REV NICHOLAS EASMON

Christ Jesus is the best role model for the youth; his life bears the in-depth answer we search for. He harkened and subjected himself to the Lord God Almighty, and even till death presented his life, body, spirit as lamb to be slain. His sacrifice continually cleanses us from unrighteousness.  Hebrews 12:24 And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.
Being a youth in this generation, you are the church, not the future of the church and your lifestyle must win and change souls into the kingdom of God. It is with such a privilege to see unbelievers change over time by Christian influence. I admonish you to tread cautiously that your life will influence people to Jesus not vice versa.
When we proclaim worship to the Almighty God, we must diligently serve him, and diligence cannot be lukewarm that God is forced to spit us out. The word of God makes it clear that God first loved us that he says in Matthew 11:28-29 Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
This means he loves us and is willing to receive us just as we are that after an encounter with him we find solace at his feet.
The Life we must life as a Christian youth is making our body the temple of God as stipulated in Romans 12:1  I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
Therefore your spirit must take control of your being, so Christ can live in you and have full dominion over you.
Living a Christ fulfilling life, you must desire to reflect Jesus Christ so that when you are no more, you will remind others of the Lord.
Jesus came to earth as flesh and blood so that he can bear the human afflictions, agony, hunger and everything we go through and so there’s nothing he cannot help us overcome.

2 Corinthians 5:20-21 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God. For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

He will get you through that besetting sin if you make yourself his dwelling place. On the cross of Calvary, he said "It is finished" the tense he used, finished means he fought a good fight of faith. Brethren, you can overcome the flesh to please the spirit, I’ve seen God do it.
Until our next article, stay blessed as you share this unusual piece, i believe you've been inspired.

WHO IS A WORSHIPPER? Q&A

You grow to become a worshipper once you give yourself up and accept the Lord Jesus Christ in your life, let's understand this carefully, that is the point you have an encounter with the spirit of God. The revelation makes you audacious and ready to live a life serving God at all times.
Today's discussion goes slightly deep into who a worshipper is? I pray we get the fact straight.

Who is a worshipper?
He is the person who has a daring belief in his object of worship.
He can say, with facts that God is the reason for his existence.

The word used above as daring signifies the strength of his conviction. That word alone cannot better explain the conviction we have in our Lord, God is beyond comprehension and description.

For believers we focus on looking up to Christ Jesus the author and finisher of our faith as the basis of a worshipper.

A worshipper has undoubted faith in God. He always seeks to please Him because he takes critical detail and thoughts about the wonders of God from before and now interchangeably. He always falls in love with God.

Do i have to be called to worship, or it’s my purpose? What does the Bible say?

Rev 4:11 O Lord, You are worthy to receive glory and honor and power, because you created all things, and for Your will they are and were created.

Our will is perfected in God, outside his will and purpose amounts to emptyness, if you spend your days outside the will and gain everything you end up loosing your soul as the Bible clarifies.

In 1 Peter 2:9, the word of God outlines our purpose clearly.

But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.
1 Peter 2:9 (NIV)

Psalm 150:6 let everything that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.

Rev_13:8 and all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

Psalm 115:16-18 the heaven, even the heavens, are the Lord's: but the earth hath he given to the children of men.
The dead praise not the Lord, neither any that go down into silence.
But we will bless the Lord from this time forth and for evermore. Praise the Lord.

Romans 12:1Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.

I believe at this point, you can attest that God is intentional in all his works, the dead have no praise, the living have the mandate to praise him from dusk till dawn. And because a worshipper believes in the will of God he openly does these things;
 Do you do same?
i. A worshipper confesses that Jesus is Lord.Romans 10:9 New International Version (NIV)
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

ii. We are filled with joy when serving the Lord, evident every time they stand before the multitude and vice versa, they are themselves when they Evangelize, Pray for a brethren, Encourage others, when they hear the word of God, when they lead the congregation to worship.

iii. You enjoy being with others when it glorifies God. Don’t forget the gathering of the saints, Hebrews 10:25New International Version (NIV)
25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

iv. Your hiding place is in the Lord, the righteous run to God and they are save, God hides them under the shadow of His wings.
Proverbs 18:10New International Version (NIV)
10 The name of the Lord is a fortified tower;
The righteous run to it and are safe.
All you should understand is that ones you have the joy to honor God, you are a worshipper because you still in the context of seeking the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all other things shall be added.  Matthew 22:37-38 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with your entire mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment.
Until our next article, stay blessed as you share this unusual piece, i believe you've been inspired.

YOU'RE WELCOME TO SHOUTS OF WORSHIP

What is worship
It a lifestyle/act of presenting a reasonable sacrifice holy and acceptable unto the Lord. Some others refer to it in the Greek word as PROSKUNEO also meaning bowing down to show reverence to a person of high status (GOD).
Worship is one act that joins believers together in spirit with one motive, to honor our creator.
worship is God' purpose, do you know?

Our purpose as living beings is to serve our creator.

Deep inside ask yourself these questions?

What is your reasonable sacrifice to GOD? is it your Life?

Do you just sit idle and wait for a song to be lifted up?

Do you want to go deeper and give yourself up to worship the lord with the fruit of your lips?

I can say for a fact that I've seen God do it ...... He can save you from death too, from the sting of rejection he can, from depression he will, oh! am a living witness that He does, cause the Bible says; if i be lifted up, i will draw all men to me.....

Let join hearts together as we learn from our Savior!!!

Acts 2:16-18New King James Version (NKJV)

16 But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel:

17 ‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God,
That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh;
Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
Your young men shall see visions,
Your old men shall dream dreams.
18 And on My menservants and on My maidservants
I will pour out My Spirit in those days;
And they shall prophesy.

Actor, Timothy Bentum opens up on his cocaine addiction

Actor, Timothy Bentum opens up on his cocaine addiction

Timothy BentumTimothy Bentum  that told Ghanavibes.com his story of drug addiction and the saving grace that delivered him from the dungeon of sin and drugs. According to actor, the journey of his 12 years addiction to drugs, with cocaine as his major, began after taking his first jolt of cigarette when he was only 13 years.
The rest, he says, “is history”. “I was in school one time and we had to do a play on drug abuse and one of my friends said ‘charley, this place, we for high before we go oo’. You see the irony of the story? Going to do a play on drug abuse and then in reality we were taking it in,” he revealed.
The undying love of a parent

Though born into a home in which the Christian faith was hallowed, Timothy, blinded by sin and the unprofitable pleasure that drugs gave him, flouted the rules of the truth into which he was born. “I grew up in a home where morning devotion was held every day. You would either be part of it or move out, and even if you were dying, you’d still go to church. My parents were staunch Christians,” he says. “It’s always been my parents’ prayers that kept me alive. Probably, I would have been long gone. I heard them almost every night begging God and seeking His face on my behalf,” he adds. But in spite of the spiritual groaning of his parents, Timothy would not hesitate to cause them further trauma by selling their belongings to buy drugs. He reminisces how he took his parents through certain depressing episodes, but according to him, “my parents were very patient with me, never gave up and still kept praying for a change to come.” “I know that sometimes answers to prayers take a long time to manifest but I guess this is the prayer of my parents manifesting now,” he adds.

Sowing the seed

For Timothy, his transformation from sin to grace was not the fast kind. He describes it as “a slow and tugging one.” “Anytime I go past a church and I hear them singing worship, something inside of me moves. It’s all the result of the seed sown by my parents,” he recollects. “This is where I would pause to advise that, parents and guardians take time to plant the seeds of Christ in their children and even if they go wayward, because the seed is there, they will end up coming back to Jesus,” he advises parents.

Transformation from sin to grace
“The truth of the matter is that I did not have that kind of Paul experience on the way to Damascus or Jesus coming down in bright light and saying ‘Timothy, my son it’s time to come home’,” he clarifies. “One Sunday morning, I was walking to the ghetto to get some cocaine and then I met a friend who used to come to my house to eat. He was going to church with his wife and kids and then I wondered what had changed for him because we used to be together,” he recalls. It was at this point that the reality check struck at Timothy, as he realised the need for him to get back to God. “The devil has a cunning way of stealing you away so slowly that you don’t know how fast or far you have fallen until the light of God comes through. It always start with a little desire for something and then you realise you are craving for it the more. “That morning, there was a blast in my head. I went back home and I cried. I told God that if He could hear me, then it was time for Him to take me back. God came through for me,” he tells the Revelation. It is very unusual to find a drug addict of 12 years coming clean without a relapse or withdrawal symptoms but according to Timothy, his recovery came as a miracle—no twitches, fever whatsoever and even the doctors and psychoanalyst would not believe his recovery. All he had to do was to eat properly to heal the scurvy look that years of cocaine consumption had marred him with.

Life after transformation
According to Timothy, most of his colleagues did not take the change in good faith. While some cut off completely from him, others are waiting patiently for him to snap out of the ‘Jesus fever’ and come back to the world. “Some are very critical of me and I hear them say ‘oh! leave him, he only went in to get money and women; he will soon be back’,” he reveals. Even though Timothy is going about his ‘father’s business’, he is still acting and directing movies. Nonetheless, he is very critical about the role he plays. “I can’t go about kissing every girl in the name of acting, no.” He also says that his transformation made him realise that even in the showbiz, people use diabolical powers to work. “When you come around with a positive energy, it affects them and they don’t want you around because there is a spiritual clash,” he reveals.

Timothy Bentum Ministries (TBM)
God’s plans for Timothy fell in pleasant places, with the Lord calling him into a ministry of delivering people from drug addiction. According to him, he was not called to pastor a church but to evangelise to the world about how God saved him, and to reach out to them with the message of the cross. The Timothy Bentum Ministry has been in existence for about four years, and it aims spreading the gospel. The TBM undertakes programmes, including “Fame and Faith” – in which Christian celebrities reached out to students in the second cycle tertiary instutions. Every year, the TBM also organises the Actors, Presenters, Professionals and Musicians for Christ (APPMC) event, a time when players in the entertainment industry gather to seek God’s face and to spread the gospel. “The kind of impact Majid would have when he preaches the gospel may even be greater than that of an Archbishop. That’s why I get celebrities on board and they are passionate about Christ,” he explains.

Testimonies
Timothy finds it easier to relate with drug addicts because he has been down that road before. “Gays, addicts and prostitutes reach out to us for help and the change that comes is awesome,” he submits. “We have crazy testimonies. Some of the transformations are slow but just like taking a basket of rice to the river to wash, with intention of fetching the water but by the time you get to your destination all the water is drained. You go back to fetch and it’s the same story but unknown to you, the rice is being washed,” he adds. Timothy is married to Gloria Maa Efia Bentum and they are blessed with two children. His message to all is simple and profound: “There is no dungeon so deep that the love of Christ can’t reach.”

VIDEO: 3 CHILDREN BURN TO DEATH IN NKWANTA FIRE

VIDEO: 3 CHILDREN BURN TO DEATH IN NKWANTA FIRE

Residents at Nkwanta in the Volta Region are in a state of shock after three children were burnt beyond recognition when fire razed their home, Wednesday.

The fire which started this morning is suspected to have been fuelled by gallons of pre-mix fuel stored in the house.

Attempts by the officers of the Ghana National Fire Service and bystanders to rescue the children who were trapped in a room proved futile.

According to Mr. Robert Avegidah, the assemblyman for the area, although the GNFS responded immediately after being alerted, the raging fire was stronger than the fire tenders they brought. Three tenants' rooms were also burnt to the ground.

Although the cause of the fire has not been established, he said what compounded the situation was that "there was some amount of the fuel left in his room" of the father of the victims deals in premix fuel.

A co-tenant said the father of the victims tried to run out of the room with one of the children after an explosion in the room, but failed to rescue any of the children.

He is reported to be responding to treatment at the Nkwanta District Hospital after he suffered serious burns.
